Thanks @HouMinXi. This bump is already covered by #14546, which we're landing as the Opus 5.5 primary. One note on the suffix: the 2.1.280 binary doesn't store a fixed billing revision. It computes |

The installed Claude Code binary is 2.1.280 and no longer contains 2.1.258. The beta header list stays, because the new names are not yet split into always-on and per-request, and dangerous-tool-use needs a request-body field alongside the header. …tool-map side channel, audio id, CI cache key, stale contracts) (#15112) Release-captain base-red fix (v3.8.51 release PR #11442, unit shards 5-6): three production defects (OpenCode free-tier retry could resend the exact refused body; _toolNameMap side channel left in the Gemini/Antigravity body; unsafe audio model ids reported as 'no provider found' instead of 400) plus contract propagations (#12961 cache key, #14627, #14156, #14273, #14959, #15002). All twelve reds reproduced on the tip and pass; typecheck clean.

…#14190, proxyLogs import side effect (#15116) Release-captain base-red fix (v3.8.51 release PR #11442, unit shards 1-2 + integration): production defect — OmniRoute's own local-cooldown 429 was classified as CLIProxyAPI quota exhaustion since #14190 and made combos skip same-provider targets (now tagged X-OmniRoute-Local-Cooldown); the proxyLogHost extraction reconciled with #15109; contract propagations for #14627/#14873/#13888/#14876/#15001 and two harness isolation fixes. Focused suites green on the reconciled tip, typecheck clean.

Summary
dangerous-tool-use-2026-09-03has to travel with a request-body safeguards field, and the other new beta names are not yet split into always-on versus per-request. The SDK package version 0.112.1, runtime v26.3.0, and billing revision 1e2 are still the values in that binary.Test plan
