+1. AgilePlus live daemon/CLI is unavailable in this checkout; the fallback
+   ledger is authoritative only for this branch and must be reconciled through
+   the canonical engine when restored.
+2. Hosted workflow failures (qgate, Scorecard, Windows Rust build, and startup
+   failures) remain external gates and are not silently marked fixed.

+## Intent
+
+Tauri 2 is the only active desktop target. The existing SvelteKit frontend and
+Hono/API boundary remain shared; provider selection, routing, retries, and
+response healing stay in the existing service layer and are not reimplemented
+in Rust. Electron and Electrobun source and history remain preserved as
+inactive evidence.
+
