Summary
Fix Vision Bridge handling for OpenAI Responses requests used by Codex CLI/Desktop.
Responses requests carry user content in
inputwithinput_textandinput_imageparts. Vision Bridge previously inspected onlymessages, so it returned before processing the image and the downstream combo capability filter failed closed with400 capability_mismatch.Changes
