Remove and ignore dist/* files

Travis now builds and deploys these files for all tags, so we don't need to have them on the repository anymore.

Because of this commit, all of the links in the Chartjs documentation to the various files no longer work (as they all link directly to GitHub).

@mynamesleon: I think there are only 2 links impacted, the ones in that section? They have been changed by this commit, the online doc will be updated on the next release. You will still be able to download dist files from the release page, without having to run gulp build. More details in this PR #2555.
