This is a slightly modified copy of the cron script used for running single
locale python interop testing, so that it runs with gasnet instead.
I have verified that this runs and behaves as expected. However,
the tests that it will run currently fail due to a known issue that is
getting worked on. Still, that does not prevent the script from
getting merged.
