[Feature Request]: Add support for interacting with MongoDB

Description:
In meeting with a prospective user today, MongoDB support came up. It seems like this would make a good Mason package.

I'm not very well versed in MongoDB myself, so there's definitely some research needed for what sort of things would be good to prioritize support of, and anyone interested in this support existing should definitely feel free to suggest features they'd benefit from!

No, but if we had it already, that would have been a selling point :)

I suspect this is just a matter of wrapping calls to the MongoDB C interface in a nice Chapel interface
