Api Docs Fixes

1. Fixed typos in the urls for several endpoints
2. The url was different in the docs than the code, but I thought the url in the docs made more sense so I changed the endpoint url to match what the docs had
3. Organized spec.yml by the Chaoss working groups, so all the endpoints in the each working group are all together in the file
4. Then within each working group in the docs I grouped the similar endpoints together rather than grouping all the repo group endpoints and all the repo endpoints together
