Make chaos bootable again

This is an "umbrella issue" to try and enlist all the issues that are currently known. The list will be updated as we go along.

• Generic issues making it hard to boot the system: System hangs in process.c #10, Kernel tried to lock a mutex in a situation where tss_tree_mutex was already locked #12, Console library tries to resolve IPC service with empty name #14, [KERNEL BUG] update_data: tss_list == NULL (dispatch.c:94, process = console (1), thread = unnamed (3) #21, Some kernel variables have the wrong values on startup #25
• The vga server could not be started (various issues): The vga server cannot be started (ELF sections issue) #9, Illegal page fault when starting the vga server #11
• The console server could not be started.

The system is now bootable, but a bunch of servers are not compilable at the moment. We close this one now and maybe open a new one for 0.0.3.
