Remove non version matching .gif, corrected one of the other entries from 87a to 89a to match the file header

Removed the non-version matching .gif entry, corrected one of the other entries from 87a to 89a to match the file header based on: What's In A GIF
As there are only these two .gif versions there should only be a single match against a file.
