schema.contrib release notes (v0.1.0)

This alpha release implements the following schema utilities

• Schema predicate generators for numeric constraints (e.g. less than, greater than, between)
• schema-contrib.human/human-explain, which takes the output of schema.util.check and returns a human readable error message
• Schema generators for the basic HAL entities
