The idea of a survivor zoning out during crafting or whatever and inadvertently nomming down enough coca leaf to earn Scarface's respect is hilarious.

Purpose of change
Coca tea and Coca leaves were being eaten when auto-eat and auto-drink zones were created. That can lead to a cocaine withdrawal.
Describe the solution
use the unsafe consume tag so it won't be used automatically. Same as alcohol.
