Provide instructions for using pass as a password source for go-jira. I've added these because I already have a GPG-agent setup I like, but haven't installed any keyring. Pass is a convenient way to hook into that existing setup with minimal extra work.

We have a new jira server. Update the go-jira config and links.

To make go-jira work again, you will need to get a new API token and update your go-jira config.
