Audit storybook docs for any 404 guideline links

Most of the guidelines links that were previously broken have been fixed with the changes from #5855, but there are a handful that still result in 404s (productive and expressive cards). For the components that don't follow the standard path, we can use the altGuidelinesHref prop in the <StoryDocsPage /> component to specify the exact url it should point to.
