Describe in detail the issue you're having.
I need to use the prop onMenuChange of the MultiSelect.Filterable component, but the function is not being triggered when the user closes the menu by clicking outside.

Is this issue related to a specific component?
MultiSelect.Filterable

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead? What would you like to
The function be triggered with false, the function is not being called.

What version of the Carbon Design System are you using?
