FileUploader Component property not working

What package(s) are you using?

  • carbon-components
  • carbon-components-react

Detailed description

Describe in detail the issue you're having.

The disabled property of the FileUploader component doesn't work.

Is this issue related to a specific component?

Yes, the FileUploader in carbon-components-react.

What did you expect to happen? What happened instead? What would you like to
see changed?

I expected the style to change to indicate the component is disabled and for it to not be clickable.

What browser are you working in?

Chrome.

What version of the Carbon Design System are you using?

V9.

What offering/product do you work on? Any pressing ship or release dates we
should be aware of?

I'm working on a new DevOps product but it doesn't have too pressing of a release date.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Use the FileUploader component
  2. Set disabled to true
