OSS-Fuzz was wondering if capstone would use CIFuzz, a new feature being rolled out
in OSS-Fuzz. It allows for pull requests to be fuzzed in CI using fuzz targets enabled
in OSS-Fuzz. Documentation for this feature can be found here.
