Add missing SM update guides to introduction

Description

Closes #4653

• Removes the note about pre-Camunda 8 versions/Camunda Cloud
• Adds the 8.5 -> 8.6 links to the 8.6 version, and adds 8.5 -> 8.6 and 8.6 -> 8.7 to /next
