WONTFIX because:

a) add-ons have to be changed to make use of browser.storage.managed
b) not documented in official enterprise policy documentation
c) unclear how to support in Enterprise Policy Generator in a useful way
d) supported by Firefox since March and 0 (zero) requests to implement this in Enterprise Policy Generator
