At the moment there is no record, at least via the dashboard, of an incidents author.

This makes it a little awkward as it's very difficult to reach out to the author if an incident requires further attention.

What would be extremely helpful is if when going to dashboard home>incidents the username of the incident's author is visible underneath the incident details.
