This PR does the below:

  • Creates an introduction page for the website taken from the main README.
  • Creates Two separate contribution guides - one for docs and the other for the main codebase.
  • Updates the codebase guide to also point to the official Rust installation website, in case users do not have rustup installed.
  • Adds entries in SUMMARY.md for reflecting the new changes.
