fix: prevent node-pty electron version mismatch

node-pty-prebuilt-multiarch 0.9.0 only supports Atom 1.41.0 and up this 
ensures x-terminal cant be installed in incompatible Atom versions.

Preemptive kill: bug reports can happen related to this scenario =)
