update several spack configuration files to comply with new spack version. add new compilers.yaml The modules.yaml file needed change due to change in configuration format. The path to generated modules will now be sourced in spack_setup.sh script that will be sourced at startup

… will fail if environment exists so we add '|| true' at end of command to ensure they pass
… tutorial-examples. The auto-generated examples for compilers directory is now removed since its no longer supported
update config.yaml to make sure spack will install packages in root of spack directory
