[Bug]: Smart Chat not responding

Description

It seems that I have configured it with AI, but when I start the chat - it spins all the time but does not display anything. And so for hours on the very first task.

@way2english @Pra3t0r5 there should be some error in the developer console logs immediately after attempting to send a message.

@brianpetro I'm experiencing the same issue. Here are my settings and console logs as screenshots. PS: I got additional errors when streaming was enabled, hence why I disabled it.
