Follow up to #11535, Hide tooltip when copy button is clicked

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create wallet
2. Go to backup screen
3. Hover over copy button shows tooltip
4. Click on copy button so it shows feedback of words copied to clipboard
5. Tool tip still shows Copy to clipboard

Actual result:

Expected result:

Hide tooltip when text changes to Copied and only show when it reads Copy
