Errbot plugin to fetch developers and QA excuses from qaexcuses.com, developerexcuses.com and devanswers.ru.
Plugin exposes following commands to a user:
excuse [qa|devcom|devru]- fetch an excuse from specified site. If called without parameters - developerexcuses.com is used.
