- Add mipmap generation choice, and disable by default for car skins as the game will generate its own.
- Allow JPG input files.
- Add quality selection for compression time/visual quality tradeoff.
- Create car skin output directory if it does not exist.
- Format updates: _B and _DirtMask are now BC1, and added _H (BC1) _M (BC3) _L (BC3) and _CoatR (BC1).
