box Preview Sdk for video not working

I am using box preview sdk in my android project. rest files are visible as expected but video file is not working it shows the black screen.
It was working perfectly a month ago.
Preview Sdk version:
'com.box:box-android-preview-sdk:2.0.4'

Can anyone suggest what can be done.

Hi. Is this happening for all videos? Just to check, but when it was working you were using the same version of the preview sdk as you are using now (if not what versions were you changing from)? It would be helpful if we can narrow down what has changed to cause this issue.

It is happening for all videos. when i download the video it play as expected, so their is no problem in videos as per my understanding .

Is the account you are testing with free or enterprise? We do conversion on the server side so some videos may not be playable by default. Can you try our playstore app with the same videos? Does it work there?
