Agenda

1. Syncing the Elicitation Mockup and Requirements groups.
2. Discussing what can be added to the content of these 3 group.

Discussions

• We met online.

• Halil has given a demonstration about the Requirements documents

• We talked about a cohesion must be build among the documentations of three groups.

• We have talked about the the previous years documents particularly the requirement documents which were not as specific as ours. So Halil decided to change some of the requirements documents.

• We talked a lot about the the relationshio between the elcitation and requirement documents our main question was "Is requirement document need to answer everything asked in the elicitation document ?". We decided that though a tight relationship on the main points should be present at the end of the day these are different parts and they can't and probably shouldn't be in complete kahoot.

• We have talked about how the Glosary should be its length and content.

• The issues that exist right now has been discussed and reminded.

• We have talked about the sign-in sign-out parts of the projects and the wikidatas place in various parts also the rating and like system.

• We discussed that if our project is logical as whole and if it is going in the right direction. We decided that it was in fact going in a correct way.

• We also discussed the aspects of semantic search in our plan and if it was enough.
