🎨 Things that I changed...

• added Scoop to suppliment Choco package manager (WinGet is 💩)
• changed Oh My Posh & Nerd Font installation to Scoop instead of Choco
• added my prefered Powershell modules
• changed font to Mononoki
• use my profile instead of his (duh)
