This removes the metal and VMware 1.25 variants. This version of Kubernetes has gone end-of-life and these variants are no longer supported. Signed-off-by: Gavin Inglis <[email protected]>

This removes the metal and VMware 1.25 variants. This version of Kubernetes has gone end-of-life and these variants are no longer supported.
