We want an @assessment{} directive that should refer to a dictionary that is similar to but not part of starter-files.js

Given a key, we want the title to appear with a link to the URL.

  • this should happen at the point it appears in the lesson plan
  • it should also be autoincluded in a new assessment section of the materials table
