  • Dynamically-generate TOC for custom pathway books
  • Build script should simply pass a list of lessons to makeWorkbook, which should do the heavy lifting (and add a TOC!)
  • Refactor book-printing code out of bootstraplesson.js, and into makeWorkbook.js
  • Have customPathway.shtml and all lessons include makeWorkbook.js
