Bolt 5.1 All datetime fields are saved as AM #3024

I just updating to 5.1 but i have a doctrine issue, i fixed whit bin/console doctrine:schema:update --force, so after i have the next bug:

Example:

I select 18:00hrs (6:00 PM) in the datetime field:

But when i save changes, the page reload and shows 6:00 AM:

It happens in all my dates... so i have tu get back to v5.0.6
