[RFC] Port the has_sortorder for taxonomies like 3.7 #3001

Moved from bolt/bolt#7904

In Bolt 3.7 the feature was available to has_sortorder on a taxonomy which allowed the backend user to set order of CTs within a taxonomy.

psanchezg added a commit to psanchezg/core that referenced this issue


          has_sortorder functionality as 3.7. Closes bolt#3001
