This PR adds a number of improvements and codifies certain behaviours.
overwriteExistingEnvVarsbehaviour by ensuring that the behaviour described in HaveoverwriteExistingVars: falsealso consider the sequence ofenvFilePaths, not just pre-existing envvars #53 is now the default
