  • The SLA Clock now checks semantic versioning, so the update dialog works now also for developers ahead of time.
  • From now on, you cannot forget which menu bar extras this actually is. A nice little «About» menu item was added.
  • Once again, behind the scene updates on Help Scout have been missed. Better late than never, you can log out again from the menu bar.

  • In some rare situations it was still possible to run late. Sorry for all the trouble this may have caused. The whole process updating the clock has been rewritten and now there should not be such situations anymore.
  • To move with the times, some changes under the hood have been made to be ahead of some breaking changes in newer versions of Electron.
  • Readable code is maintainable code: The introduction of some utility functions helps a lot with that.
  • The SLA Clock does not like to be lonely. So from now on it will remind you, that it would like to be placed besides some other great apps in your application folder.
  • The menu item linking to the current watched folder in Help Scout did not update probably when changing to a new folder. This has been fixed and now the menu item brings you always directly to where the action takes place.
  • Sometimes, counting peas makes a difference. In the case of the SLA, seconds can make the difference between minutes. From now on, the SLA Clock treats this little differences with the necessary caution and rounds them correctly.
