CI: all use go1.24 to build
Rationale
commit 1 and commit 2 are picked from go-ethereum, commit 3 is for ci in bsc
go vesion in
go.modnot changed, so user can keep use go1.23.x to compile.trivas.ymlis not useful in bsc, delete it, so no need to check it any morePS: no squash when merge
