IMO, we don't need file add json-rpc-api.md

just use https://docs.bnbchain.org/bnb-smart-chain/developers/json_rpc/json-rpc-endpoint/#gethgo-ethereum-api to replace https://geth.ethereum.org/docs/interacting-with-geth/rpc?

so we can just maintenance the api list in one place

The json-rpc-api.md file not only includes the BSC API but also provides a comprehensive list of all supported APIs. However, for more detailed information on BSC-specific APIs, users can refer to the another file.

although there is a API list in bnbchain doc sie: https://docs.bnbchain.org/bnb-smart-chain/developers/json_rpc/json-rpc-endpoint/#json-rpc-api-list
but this PR is still useful, it provides a simple and straightforward approach to get the api list.
