Previously, if the feed is empty, you'd only see it refreshed on pull-to-refresh. For example, if you have a new account, and you follow someone on Discover, your Following tab would remain empty until you pull (but it would have a polling indicator after a while).
After the fix, an empty Following would auto-refresh on focus.

Confirm this only happens on empty feed. It shouldn't auto-refresh a feed on every focus.
