Update Russian localization

Added translations for new strings, fixed translations for some existing ones. Planning on placing all the Ёs wherever needed (e.g. учЁтная запись instead of учЕтная запись)

I also want to point ou the change in messages.po at line 3620
In English the word "Mute" is used both for muting users and for muting audio in videos. But in Russian one would use different phrases for this. I decided to keep the word "игнорировать" (lit. ignore) for muting users and posts, but this word cannot mean turning off sound. So I tried to split it into 2 translation strings, I hope that works.

I actually prefer the word "заглушить" instead of "игнорировать" as a translation for "mute (posts, users)" so I suggest we use that

I'm no expert on this stuff but I don't think that will work, I think Lingui will see that as the same string. This poses an issue in other languages as well and I have opened #5340 to add context to the usage that refers to muting (and unmuting) a video, and if that PR is accepted then it will be possible to have different translations for the different contexts.

Thanks for the edits, the translation does look more natural, only regarding the expressions related to “muted” there are questions in the context of the chats, I will indicate what the questions are about....

"Стартовый набор" > "Набор" (или аналогичное по смыслу слово. Нужно сократить символы в этом месте для удобства использования)

"подписал(ся/ись)" заменить на что-то более нейтральное, так как идея со скобочками мне уже не кажется правильной и красивой.
Так-же возможно стоит заменить "N других" на что-то более лаконичное. Может быть на сокращение типа "др.", но я не уверен правильно ли это будет по грамматике.
Если возможно - заменить "N других" на "еще N". Тоже как вариант.

А вообще стоит задуматься над сервисом для переводчиков. Потому что переводить в github оч неудобно такого размера проект. А на специализированной площадке было-бы удобно предлагать переводы и комментировать их. Так работа пошла-бы быстрее да и проще было-бы привлечь случайных юзеров для перевода. Все-таки регистрация на гитхаб стала немного сложнее из-за всех этих принудительных 2fa и ключей...
