Glyph Validation
This release switches over to FontForge for improved validation of the glyphs. Overlapping shapes, path direction, and extrema have been fixed. There is now a ProggyVectorDotted variant that includes Braille. Minor adjustments to horizontal alignment of some glyphs has been made and some glyphs have had small readability improvements (the tail on the '2' and some of the serifs have been improved). The TTF/OTF tags to correctly indicate a font is monospace are now set -- ProggyVector will appear bolded (to indicated monospaced) in font-selection dropdowns like in Visual Studio.
