On Layout, when there is only a single row and there is enough space for another row, try to accommodate it
From a customer:
"While working, I have two or three cams actively visible on one of my monitors at all times. The monitor’s resolution is 1920x1080 px. I use the right third of that monitor for monitoring cams and the other two-thirds for other operations. Since the cams won’t stack vertically in one window and have a minimum width of half my monitor when individualized, I’m unable to monitor my cams as desired. Ideally, I’d like to be able to save a cam layout stacked vertically in a separate window from the main window to fill the right third of my monitor – with the cams auto-sizing to fill the available space in the window."
