Internal delivery PR for the Hermes V1 autonomous coordinator. This is the same verified branch submitted upstream as NousResearch#102768; the fork PR exists so the current owner can run the repository's unchanged CI and install the merged runtime without waiting for upstream maintainer approval.
Validation before PR: 271 passed, 0 failed, 1 macOS-only skip; Ruff PASS; diff-check PASS; secret scan PASS. The branch was replayed onto fork/main at 6327930.
