Superseded by #124, squash-merged into dev as 6457d95. The five xAI OAuth baseline deletions were retained and verified in the consolidated focused suite. Post-merge dev tests (run 29073976751) and lint/build (run 29073976756) are green; the parsed artifact reports 17 raw failures, all known, and zero baseline additions. Closing this standalone REPORT.md/baseline carrier unmerged. |

The scan listed all open upstream PRs with no cross-check against what we already ported, so every report re-surfaced ~131 done ports as candidates. Derive the ported set from `port(upstream): #N` commit subjects (first #N only; the trailing (#123) is our own squash number) and subtract it from the open list. Requires fetch-depth: 0 to read those subjects. Also fixes two defects the filter exposed: --limit 50 dropped 829 of 879 open PRs, and the full candidate list (67890 bytes) exceeds GitHub issue body cap, so the report is paginated across body + comments rather than truncated. Verified live: 879 open, 131 ported-and-open removed, 748 listed across 2 pages, union == complete unported set. Co-authored-by: sync-pr-632 <sync-pr-632@local>
