Removes 6 stale entries from tests/__baseline__/known-fails.txt for tests/unit/mitm-rootca-autogen.test.js (5) and tests/unit/mitm-root-ca.test.js (1). These were absorbed in commits e790d89d0 and f494ddf01 during the 3-day review window.

All 6 entries classified as (b) structural drift (baseline path mismatch). No source or test changes required.

Verification

cd tests && npx vitest run --config vitest.config.js unit/mitm-rootca-autogen.test.js unit/mitm-root-ca.test.js -> 2 files passed, 6 tests passed.

Superseded by #124, squash-merged into dev as 6457d95. The six MITM baseline deletions were retained there, and the inline test fake was replaced with isolated calls to production ensureRootCASync. Post-merge dev tests (run 29073976751) and lint/build (run 29073976756) are green; the uploaded reports show 17 raw failures, all 17 known, 34 stale entries, and zero additions. Closing this standalone REPORT.md/baseline carrier unmerged.
