This PR changes the default gooseignore behavior from writing a .gooseignore file to disk to applying default patterns in memory only. This prevents goose from automatically creating files in users' working directories when no ignore file exists.
Changes:
- Removed code that writes
.gooseignoreto disk when no ignore file exists - Default patterns are now applied in-memory without file creation
- Updated test to verify file is NOT created on disk while patterns are still applied

goose is writing .gooseignore with defaults when you run it - this changes it to assume defaults unless otherwise.
