This PR adds system dependency installation to the release workflow to support building the goose-mcp crate, which is now a dependency of the goose crate. The build_canonical_models binary (run during release preparation) requires these libraries to compile.
Changes:
- Adds a step to install libdbus-1-dev, gnome-keyring, and libxcb1-dev in the create-release-pr workflow

The goose crate depends on goose-mcp now, so to run build_canonical_models, we need to install this. Looking into removing this dependency after this.
