This PR adds a new blog post: “Why Tool Descriptions Aren’t Enough”, which explores MCP sampling through a personal learning lens and aims to make the concept more intuitive and approachable.

The post focuses on:

  • A common misconception (that better tool descriptions alone are enough)
  • What actually changed my understanding of MCP sampling
  • How visualizing the conversation flow clarified the difference
  • Council of Mine as a concrete example of sampling in practice

The deploy workflow was using the same concurrency group as PR previews
but without cancel-in-progress: false, which meant production deploys
could be cancelled when a PR preview triggered at the same time.

This caused PR #6547 to not deploy despite being merged.

Setting cancel-in-progress: false ensures production deploys will queue
and wait rather than being cancelled.
