Establishes portable Buzz design tokens with Inter and JetBrains Mono, named spacing/radius/motion roles, and an independently authored open-source adaptation contract. The existing
/designreference now consumes the shared token package. Fixes accent text/border utility mappings and clean-checkout route/font generation.Stack 1/3: this PR → #7523 → #7525. Base:
design-system. All three PRs remain draft.Validation: desktop-next check and production build pass; compiled Tailwind role-binding regression tests pass. Repository-wide
