…n (1 commit: block#7381 desktop release 0.5.23) Upstream delta f038cbb..3c7f288 is a single release commit by Wes, touching 6 files: version bumps in desktop/package.json, Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, tauri.conf.json, plus CHANGELOG and the release candidate manifest. Zero overlap with HW-014 (agent_activity) or any fork surface. Gates re-run on the merged tree: buzz-db 126, buzz-core 262, buzz-acp 968 all green; buzz-relay 1066 passed / 1 failed (demo_join_forwarded_arm_ round_trips_echo, a documented known_baseline_failure in upstream code byte-identical to upstream/main). Desktop typecheck rc=0 and all five check:* guards pass. Mobile: analyze 7 vs baseline 7, full suite 2427 tests / 15 failures with the failure name set IDENTICAL to baseline @3c7f288c60 (comm -23 and comm -13 both empty).
